on-board unit (OBU). The law obliges drivers entering

Tyrol

Restricted area:

● section of the A12 motorway in both directions between km 6.35 (Kufstein) to km 90.00 (Zirl)

Movement restrictions apply:

● for trucks of ecological class Euro-2 and below.

Exceptions

● approach to the Hall railway terminal in Tyrol (direction of movement to the east), as well as to the railway terminal Wrgl (direction of movement to the west), subject to the availability of relevant supporting documents; after using the railway platform, travel from the Hall railway terminal in Tyrol in a westerly direction and travel from the Wrgl railway terminal in an easterly direction, with the relevant supporting documents.

Restricted area:

● A12 motorway section in both directions from km 6.35 (Langkampfen district) to km 72.00 (Ampass district).

The limitation is valid:

● from November 1, 2016.

Movement restrictions apply:

● for trucks and tractors with semi-trailers with a total weight of more than 7.5 tons, carrying:

○ all types of industrial waste according to catalog 2000/532 / EC in version 2014/955 / EU;

○ stones, soil;

○ round timber and bark;

○ power-driven vehicles of groups L1e, L2e, L3e, L4e, L5e, L6e, L7e, M1, M2 and N1;

○ non-ferrous metal and iron ore;

○ steel, excluding steel reinforcement and construction steel, for delivery to construction sites;

○ marble and limestone;

○ tiles (ceramics).

Exceptions

● transportation for loading or unloading in the root zone * (entry or exit of a vehicle from the territory of the root zone);

● transportation for loading or unloading in the extended zone (entry or exit of a vehicle into the territory of the extended zone **);

● approach to the Hall railway terminal in Tyrol (direction of movement to the east), as well as to the railway terminal Wrgl (direction of movement to the west), subject to the availability of relevant supporting documents;

● after using the railway platform, travel from the Hall railway terminal in Tiorle in a westerly direction and travel from the Wrgl railway terminal in an easterly direction, subject to the availability of relevant supporting documents;

● use of vehicles of ecological class Euro VI, with identification markings in accordance with the emission classification IG-L, BGBL. II Nr. 120/2012, the latest version of the BGBL. II Nr. 272/2014 or if there is a supporting document (from May 1, 2017, the confirmation must be accompanied by identification marking in accordance with the IG-L emission classification labeling rule);

A12 traffic in both directions is prohibited on the section from Kufstein (6.350 km) to Zirl (90.0 km) of freight vehicles with a maximum mass of more than 7.5 tons of environmental classes Euro 0, 1, 2. Exceptions: combined transport to the Hall terminal in Tyrol and at the railway terminal at Worgl.

Exception for driving on the A12 motorway:

● freight vehicles with a maximum weight of over 7.5 tons of environmental classes Euro 3, 4, 5, 6;

● from December 31, 2017, vehicles with a maximum weight of more than 7.5 tons of environmental classes Euro 4, 5, 6;

● from December 31, 2022, vehicles with a maximum weight of more than 7.5 tons of environmental classes Euro 5, 6;

B164 Hochkonigstrasse, from km 56.25 1 (Hochfilzen) to km 75.76 (St Johann in Tirol) in both directions for freight vehicles over 7.5 t, excluding vehicles that are loaded / unloaded or start / end in the following districts : St Johann in Tirol, Fieberbrunn in Tirol, Hochfilzen, Leogang in the federal province of Salzburg. The movement of freight vehicles over 12.0 m in length is prohibited during the period from November 1 to April 30.
