Today, we are recruiting for one of our clients specializing in carpentry and roofing, a Heavy Truck Driver / Roofer (M/F)!
YOUR MISSIONS:
– Ensure the transport of equipment and materials from the depot to the construction sites (approximately 60% of working time).
– Drive a heavy truck equipped with an auxiliary crane (CACES R490 mandatory) and participate in unloading operations.
– Perform roofing work: preparation, installation, and maintenance of roofing elements (tiles, slates, steel trays, etc.).
– Participate in the implementation of safety devices and contribute to the good organization of the construction site.
– Work in pairs or as a team on construction sites located in the Grand Est region (no long-distance travel).
YOUR PROFILE:
You hold a Class C driving license and a valid CACES R490 auxiliary crane certificate. Ideally, you have initial experience driving heavy goods vehicles in the building or public works sector.
You enjoy manual and outdoor work, and are comfortable with working at heights. You have good practical sense and demonstrate rigor and organization.
If you are a beginner in the roofing field, this position is also for you: the company provides support and on-the-job training to develop your skills.
Versatile and motivated, you enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to a good atmosphere and the success of the construction sites.
REMUNERATION:
– Starting from 13.25€/h depending on experience.
– Hours: 35 weekly hours + 5 overtime hours.
– Meal allowance: €11.80 per worked day.
– Transport allowance according to federation.
– Membership in the BTP Federation (building collective agreement).
