Your Mission

Adecco is recruiting for one of its clients two Semi-trailer Truck Drivers (M/F) for a temporary assignment in LOCOAL MENDON (56550), within a company specializing in the processing and preservation of vegetables.
You will join an organized industrial environment, where product quality and respect for delivery deadlines are at the heart of priorities.
On a daily basis, you will ensure the transport of goods by semi-trailer within a defined perimeter, in close collaboration with the logistics and production teams. Your role is essential to guarantee the continuity of the supply chain, proper stock rotation, and the satisfaction of the various sites served.
Your role consists of: taking charge of the semi-trailer vehicle, carrying out planned routes while respecting safety instructions, schedules, and defined itineraries, ensuring the loading and unloading of goods using appropriate equipment, particularly category 3 forklifts, checking the lashing and integrity of transported products, completing transport and tracking documents, and reporting any anomaly or incident to your hierarchy. You will work in shifts, within an organized framework, with regular exchanges with transport operators and dock teams.
The assignment is offered on a temporary contract for an initial duration of 3 months, full-time, with a start date scheduled for June 1, 2026. Remuneration will be determined according to the user company’s pay scale and your experience, with applicable increases and allowances according to the collective agreement and current practices.

Your Profile

This position is for drivers wishing to highlight their sense of responsibility and rigor in a structured industrial environment. A first experience in driving heavy goods vehicles or super heavy goods vehicles is an asset for quickly becoming operational, and an education level below the baccalaureate is entirely compatible with the expectations of the position.
Behavioral skillsIn this role, punctuality and reliability are essential to respect team schedules and ensure the continuity of flows. A good sense of organization allows you to manage your routes, your break times, and your priorities independently. Teamwork is also important, as you are in regular contact with forklift operators, order pickers, and logistics managers. Clear and respectful communication facilitates exchanges and the resolution of unforeseen events. Finally, strict adherence to safety instructions and internal procedures is essential to operate smoothly in an industrial environment.
Technical skillsYou master the driving of heavy goods vehicles and super heavy goods vehicles, with a good knowledge of traffic rules, driving and rest times, as well as specific maneuvers related to semi-trailer vehicles. The practice of loading / unloading is part of your daily routine: you know how to position the vehicle, use dock equipment, and check the stability of pallets. Holding and using a CACES forklift category 3 certificate is an asset for independently carrying out handling operations.
