Are you looking for a varied role as a driver with good working hours? For Technische Unie in Groningen, we are looking for a rigid truck driver who knows how to get things done. You will mainly be driving, but loading/unloading the truck and assisting in the warehouse are also part of the job.

who are you
You are the calling card of the wholesaler where customer satisfaction is paramount. Do you enjoy making customers in the technical sector happy with their orders? Then this job suits you. To be considered for this great position, you meet the following points:
You are the ideal candidate for us if you:
- possess a C driving license with valid Code 95;
- possess a valid driver card
- are available from Monday to Friday
- have good communication skills and are presentable
what you will do
You visit customers daily with your rigid truck. You get to know their wishes better and better, and you enjoy providing extra service. You deliver orders using a digital system (PDA). The number of stops per day varies but can range from 30 to 45 stops.
Whether it’s solar panels or small technical necessities, you deliver a wide range of technical products to the customer. So, there is a physical aspect to the work.
To provide support, you will sometimes perform various other tasks in the warehouse. This includes order picking or loading your own rigid truck. The vast majority of the week you will be on the road in the rigid truck. It is a full-time job.
