Manpower Saint-Sulpice is looking for its client, specialized in service provision for waste treatment from collection to recycling, a heavy truck driver (M/F) with versatility in the role of Waste Collector (Collection Team Member).
Within the depots of St Sulpice and Lagrave (mobility desired), your missions are:
– Ensure door-to-door waste collection from individuals and transport waste to the sorting center.
– Frequently stop the refuse truck so that collection team members can safely pick up waste (possibility of assisting with ground handling of containers).
– Comply with all safety regulations related to the vehicle, transport (highway code, driving times, etc.), as well as waste loading/unloading.
– Complete route sheets and other administrative documents, reporting any anomalies encountered during your day and suggesting areas for improvement.
Concerned about the quality of service provided to residents and the safety of your colleagues, you scrupulously respect the route plan and safety instructions.
On a 35-hour per week basis during day shifts (frequently starting between 4 am and 5 am), you will be required to work on Saturdays very exceptionally.
You must accept the versatility of contracts for both driver and collection team member positions.
Salaries:
Waste Collector €12.46/h + snack allowance + dirt allowance
Driver €13.54/h + snack allowance + dirt allowance Holder of a Heavy Goods Vehicle license, FIMO/FCOS/CQC, and a valid tachograph card, you are looking for a job in the transport sector while staying close to home.
You have more than one year of experience in goods transport; knowledge of the waste sector would be a plus.
You appreciate autonomy, have good interpersonal skills, and are a professional driver.
