Reporting to the Branch Manager or the regional logistics unit, you will ensure the transport and handling of equipment for our clients, while respecting deadlines, service quality, and safety standards.
Your main missions will be:
- Ensure driving and route monitoring after reviewing client requests specified in the rental agreement and after verifying the conformity of the equipment allocated for the service,
- Load and secure equipment on the vehicle according to existing safety rules and standards, ensuring the good condition of the truck and accessories (straps, chains, etc.),
- Deliver equipment to the location requested by the client, perform handover if necessary, while maintaining a professional and commercial attitude,
- Ensure unloading and/or retrieval of equipment on site while respecting current safety rules (Wearing PPE, marking if necessary / unlashing rules / use of Auxiliary Crane…),
Report to your hierarchy any client feedback or problems encountered during the route.
