The ACTUAL EXPERTS Conduite sur Route agency is looking for a Heavy Truck Driver (Refrigerated) (M/F) for one of its clients based in Saint-Jean-d’Illac.
Your missions: – Carry out deliveries and collections at client sites in accordance with the mission order provided, respecting road and social legislation.
– Safely control, load, and unload your vehicle.
– Participate in the administrative follow-up of deliveries via a PDA: signing of receipts, waybills, pallet slips, etc.
– Perform the necessary handling tasks for loading and unloading.
– Transport and deliver to various stores as quickly as possible, respecting current standards.
– Report any malfunction or problem encountered during the route to operations.
– Delivery zone: CUB + Departments bordering Gironde (33)
Information: – Hours: start of service: 05:00 AM
– Remuneration: 12.24 EUR gross/hour
– Meal allowances
– 10% IFM (End of Mission Indemnity) + 10% ICCP (Paid Leave Indemnity)

Contract: TEMPORARY
Contract duration: 3 months
The ideal candidate has confirmed experience in heavy truck driving, ideally in refrigerated transport. Professional, rigorous, and autonomous, they master the requirements related to distribution and collection routes, as well as the management of transport documents via digital tools (PDA).
Required skills and qualities: – Mastery of safe heavy goods vehicle driving.
– Knowledge of rules related to temperature-controlled transport.
– Ability to load, unload, and secure merchandise.
– Familiarity with digital tools (PDA, signing, administrative follow-up).
– Strict adherence to road and social legislation (driving times, safety, procedures).
– Autonomy, organization, and reactivity to unforeseen events.
– Ability to perform handling tasks.
Prerequisites: – Up-to-date Category C driving license.
– Valid FIMO/FCO goods (professional qualification for goods transport).
– Valid driver card.
– Experience in regional delivery appreciated.
– A first experience in refrigerated transport is a plus.
