Your mission
Adecco is recruiting for one of its clients, their future Articulated Truck Driver (M/F) Fixed-term contract – in Poitiers.
Your main missions will be: ▪ Ensure the good condition of the equipment when starting the shift ▪ Prepare the route before each shift (samples, labels…) ▪ Collect milk from producers in compliance with collection instructions (gauge the quantity of milk, ensure product traceability, take samples) ▪ Control compliance with the quality of the milk and its transport to the factory (acidity, antibiotic tests) ▪ Ensure the weighing operations when full and empty of the tanks on the weighbridge ▪ Carry out the unloading of the milk in compliance with the instructions of each site ▪ Ensure the vehicle is returned to service (washing, cleaning, levels, refueling, adblue) ▪ May participate in the integration and training of new drivers ▪ Alert the collection service of anomalies encountered during collection rounds ▪ Ensure the reporting of its activities via the pocket: liters, distance traveled, consumable levels, anomalies, etc.
Additional Information: Contract: Fixed-term contract until September 2026 – 38 hours – no overnight stays Hours: 2 weeks of day shift (7am – 4pm) and one week of night shift (7pm – 3am) Remuneration: between €2,220 and €2,313 gross Benefits: 13th month, increased pay for night work, weekends and public holidays, meal allowances, bonuses
Your profile
More than experience, our client is looking for a person holding licenses C – CE, FIMO/FCO and up-to-date tachograph card. The person will be trained internally upon taking office and throughout their career in the company.
