- Payment method: monthly
- Salary system: fixed base salary + performance bonus
Your responsibilities:
- Permanent international routes, mainly: DE, CZ, AT, NL, BE, FR, CH, IT, DK, SE
- Single and double driver crews
- WECON swap bodies with BDF system
- “Rounds” on repetitive routes
- Work in various systems: 2/1, 3/1 or other (weeks on/off)
Our requirements:
- Driving license cat. C+E
- Documents necessary for employment: certificate of professional competence, psychological assessment, driver card
- Honesty and availability
Welcome:
- Knowledge of English and/or German and/or Russian/Ukrainian
- Experience in the profession 1 year
We offer:
- Employment contract from the first day, salary paid in two installments to the account
- Attractive salary and a transparent incentive system: 8500-11000 PLN net, with a minimum of 20 working days, (we settle drivers in accordance with the average salary from the Mobility Package)
- Including: bonus for weekend on the road, bonus for fuel consumption and employee attitude, seniority bonuses, allowance for sanitary facilities
- Initial training, Eco Drive and with specialists from INELO (OCRK)
- Modern fleet of trucks (maximum 3-4 years old), covered by service contracts (repairs performed by professional services)

- Guarantee of employment for drivers registered at the Labor Office who start a driving license course cat. C+E and obtain a positive exam result
- Necessary tools for work (company phone)
- For the driver on the road: additional health insurance (in addition to the NFZ card), Infoline, Insurance regarding DAS legal protection
- For the driver and his family: sports cards, vouchers and Christmas packages, holiday subsidies, group insurance, discount cards for selected gas stations, employee referral system, etc.
