Heavy Truck Driver – Refuse Collector (M/F)

Manpower GRASSE is looking for a client in the maintenance and cleaning sector, a Heavy Truck Driver – refuse collector (M/F). On a daily basis, you will be involved in various operations essential to the smooth running of the service:
– Ensure the collection of household waste in your area.
– Handle and maneuver containers safely.
– Guarantee safety on public roads during collection operations.
– Drive a dump truck (appropriate and valid licenses required).
– Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
– Organize and optimize routes according to established instructions.
– Carry out the necessary technical and safety checks before and after the tour.
– Strictly adhere to safety regulations and internal procedures.

– Reliable, punctual and respectful of safety rules, which are essential on public roads.
– Comfortable with physical work and the daily handling of containers.
– Able to work in a team, in coordination with the driver and other refuse collectors.
– Possessing a good sense of direction and able to follow a route rigorously.
– Vigilant, responsive and able to ensure the safety of users during collection operations.
– For driving the dump truck: holder of valid and up-to-date licenses (if applicable depending on the position).
