For one of our clients specializing in the trade of sanitary, heating, plumbing, and tiling equipment, we are looking for a Heavy Truck Driver M/F in the Montélimar area.
Your main missions:
Under the responsibility of the logistics manager, you will ensure deliveries to professional and private clients, respecting deadlines and safety rules.
In this capacity, you will be required to:
Ensure deliveries of sanitary, heating, plumbing, and tiling equipment;
Load and unload your truck, ensuring proper distribution of goods;
Check order conformity before each departure;
Carry out deliveries according to the defined route and represent the company to clients;
Handle goods with appropriate equipment (pallet jack, tailgate…);
Obtain signatures on delivery notes and ensure administrative follow-up of routes;
Ensure proper maintenance of your vehicle and report any anomalies;
Comply with road safety rules and company procedures.
Your profile:
You have a successful first experience as a Heavy Truck Driver, ideally in the materials trading sector;
You are organized, rigorous, and have a sense of customer service;
You appreciate working autonomously while also being able to work in conjunction with logistics teams;
You are attentive to respecting deadlines and safety instructions.
Mandatory documents:
Valid C driving license;
Up-to-date FIMO/FCO Goods;
Valid driver card.
Appreciated assets:
CACES R489 Category 3 appreciated;
Experience in the delivery of materials or sanitary products;
Good knowledge of the Drôme and Ardèche regions.
Job conditions:
Position based in the Montélimar area;
Temporary assignment with possibility of renewal;
Daytime hours;
Remuneration according to profile and experience;
Meal allowance and other benefits according to the applicable collective agreement
