Heavy and Articulated Truck Driver with Crane Operator Certificate (M/F)

Job Description

Manpower PAMIERS is looking for its client, a player in the transport sector, a Heavy and Articulated Truck Driver with crane operator certificate (M/F). As with a heavy truck driver, their role is not limited to driving a vehicle. They are also responsible for:

– preparing the truck before departure (cleaning, washing, checking),

– loading the truck, or ensuring its proper execution, verifying the conformity of the load (weight, load distribution, compliance with regulations for the transport of dangerous goods),

– tarping/untarping the trailer and/or semi-trailer,

– supervising unloading,

– completing administrative documents: delivery notes, invoices, customs formalities,

– keeping the logbook up to date,

To be an articulated truck driver, you must:

– know safety rules and respect the highway code,

– know how to drive a vehicle with maximum fuel efficiency,

– use on-board electronic devices: satellite tracking, GPS, on-board computer?

– know how to manage your time, plan your route, respect a schedule.

– have up-to-date licenses
