Heavy and Articulated Truck Driver (M/F)

Manpower PAMIERS is looking for a Heavy and Articulated Truck Driver (M/F) for its client. As with the heavy truck driver, their role is not limited to driving a vehicle. They are also responsible for: ?
– preparing the truck before departure (cleaning, washing, verification),
– loading the truck, or ensuring its proper execution, ensuring the conformity of the load (weight, distribution of the load, compliance with regulations for the transport of dangerous goods),
– untarping/retarping the trailer and/or semi-trailer,
– controlling the unloading,
– completing administrative documents: delivery slips, invoices, customs formalities,
– keeping the logbook up to date,
To be an articulated truck driver, you must:
– know the safety rules and respect the highway code,
– know how to drive a vehicle with maximum energy savings,
– use on-board electronic devices: satellite tracking, GPS, on-board computer?
– know how to manage your time, plan your route, respect a schedule.
– have up-to-date licenses
