* General activities for the maintenance, inspection and servicing including troubleshooting of the HVAC systems at all locations of Stadtwerke Klagenfurt AG<\/p>\n
* Performing minor repairs on all HVAC systems<\/p>\n
* Documentation and creation of maintenance logs<\/p>\n
* Coordination, planning and monitoring of work by external service providers<\/p>\n
* General support of the Facility Management department in various projects<\/p>\n
* Ensuring cleanliness and order at the locations of Stadtwerke Klagenfurt AG<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
* Completed training in the field of plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)<\/p>\n
* Several years of professional experience in the field of facility management as well as in the field of HVAC<\/p>\n
* Confident and cooperative appearance and strong communication skills<\/p>\n
* Strong customer & service orientation<\/p>\n
* Independence, organizational skills, flexibility and resilience<\/p>\n
* Teamwork skills <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
