Heavy Truck Driver (m/f)

Your Mission

Adecco is recruiting for one of its clients, specialized in the manufacturing of air handling and refrigeration equipment, a Heavy Truck Driver (m/f) for a temporary position on a 2×8 shift schedule.
Within a production site where vehicle circulation is strategic, you will not be making long tours: you will manage the flow of vehicles over short distances, from one production unit to another, up to the control and validation zones.You will install license plates and bodybuilder plates, ensuring compliance and proper identification of vehicles.The mission involves very little driving and requires a lot of walking to reach different zones and ensure smooth monitoring of operations.You will strictly apply safety instructions, respect defined routes, and contribute to the efficient organization of flows on a 2×8 schedule.Your ability to follow logical steps, navigate the site, and work efficiently is essential.
This position is for someone with initial experience in an industrial or logistics environment, wishing to use their heavy truck license in a field role, characterized by short trips, repetitive but structured tasks, in coordination with production and control teams.

Your Profile

You are serious, diligent, and comfortable in an industrial environment.You like to follow clear instructions, work methodically, and quickly understand the organization of a site to manage vehicle movements smoothly.
Ideally, you have initial experience in heavy truck driving or in an industrial/logistics environment.You must possess a valid Class C driving license.You accept a position with a lot of walking and little driving.
Behavioral skills: rigor in applying procedures, sense of logic and organization, reliability and punctuality to ensure continuity of flows, team spirit to communicate with operators and controllers, adaptability to changing priorities.
Technical skills: proficiency in heavy truck driving over short distances in an industrial environment, moving vehicles between zones while respecting internal routes and rules, installing license plates and bodybuilder plates according to instructions, strict adherence to safety rules (PPE, pedestrian zones, coactivity), ability to identify and report obvious anomalies on vehicles.
