\nWe are looking for an experienced combination vehicle driver for a permanent employment relationship in Joensuu. The work starts as soon as possible, and the position will be filled immediately once a suitable person is found. We offer long-term work in a stable operating environment for a driver who enjoys diverse transport tasks and is willing to work varying hours.<\/p>\n
Job responsibilities:
\nYou will work with an HCT double A combination, which has two 13.5-meter curtain-sided trailers. The work is mainly carried out on a two-driver shift principle, where shifts rotate between drivers according to transport schedules.
\nProducts to be transported include sawn timber, building materials, pulp and board products, recycled fiber, and garden products. Transportation is mainly on the Kuhmo\u2013Joensuu\u2013Kotka route. The work occasionally includes loading and unloading of cargo outside normal office hours. A wheel loader and forklifts are used, and comprehensive training will be provided for their use. Shifts can vary from approximately six-hour shifts to drives lasting several days. Driving is mainly done on weekdays, but depending on transport needs, shifts may occasionally fall on weekends.<\/p>\n
We expect:
\nWe expect the applicant to have a valid CE driving license, a digital tachograph card, and at least two years of experience in driving a combination vehicle. The position requires readiness for irregular working hours, a responsible and safe work approach, and the ability to work independently. We also value a flexible and committed attitude, good stress tolerance, and meticulousness in handling equipment and transport documents.<\/p>\n

\nWe offer a permanent employment relationship, salary according to the transport sector’s collective agreement (TES), and at least 80 hours of work during a two-week work period. You will receive comprehensive induction for the position and management support for daily work. In this job, you will become part of a stable and long-term operating environment, where shifts are planned as predictably as possible, taking transport schedules into account.<\/p>\n
Salary:
\nSalary is determined according to the transport sector’s collective agreement (TES). The final salary level will be agreed upon based on the selected person’s experience and expertise. Work starts as per agreement, and the position will be filled as soon as a suitable person is found.<\/p>\n
