We are now looking for a TRUCK DRIVER for our client company for a full-time employment. Our client’s business is a mobile carpet laundry, which enables efficient, high-quality, and environmentally friendly carpet washing and maintenance. In this role, you will drive the vehicle to pre-determined work sites. Carpets are washed and dried on-site in a machine located in the vehicle, and soon they are ready for use by customers again. Operating the laundry equipment and carrying carpets to and from the washing\/drying machine are also part of your job description. Work sites are located in the Helsinki metropolitan area, and workdays start from the Espoo depot.<\/p>\n
Working hours are weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM (37.5 h\/week). The employment is fixed-term until Midsummer, but a good employee may be offered the opportunity for permanent employment with our client company thereafter.<\/p>\n
We require applicants to have a C driving license and fluent Finnish language skills; other language skills are considered an advantage. You will receive thorough training for your tasks, so we do not expect previous experience with carpet washing\/drying equipment, but experience in transport tasks is considered an advantage. We especially value the ability to work independently, a proactive approach to work, flexibility, customer service orientation, and good physical condition. The possibility of using one’s own car facilitates getting to the workplace in the mornings.<\/p>\n
