Become the trusted face for customers. In this role, you&#8217;ll have daily variety, but at the same time, you&#8217;ll be driving for a regular client with many recurring addresses. &#8211; <br \/>You&#8217;ll work with a daily, fixed schedule created by the client themselves, without last-minute changes. &#8211; <br \/>This is not a weekend position. &#8211; <br \/>The work is truly versatile: driving, loading, unloading, operating a truck-mounted forklift, customer contact, and daily variety. <br \/> What will you be doing? <br \/>You will transport decorative sheet material for Baars &amp; Bloemhof to clients such as interior builders, woodworkers, and designers. You are service-oriented: you are the point of contact during delivery and ensure everything proceeds smoothly and safely. Your duties consist of a combination of: &#8211; <br \/>Unloading yourself with the truck-mounted forklift &#8211; <br \/>Locations where the client unloads themselves &#8211; <br \/>Occasionally assisting at the depot with preparing the load when you are loaded there (e.g., placing spacers or helping with lashing straps) &#8211; <br \/>Customer contact and service: you are the face on-site and think along with the client &#8211; <br \/>Careful and safe transport of the material <br \/> What does your workday look like? <br \/>Your day typically starts between 05:00 and 07:00 AM at the depot in Zaandam. Approximately three out of five days, your truck will already be fully loaded and ready, allowing you to depart immediately after a load check. On the other days, you will be loaded at the depot, where you will help prepare the load safely. This includes placing spacers or securing with lashing straps. <br \/>Afterward, you will drive varied routes, mainly to regular customers. You will get to know the addresses and the people. This way, you build a pleasant, trusted relationship.
