Who are you
As a truck driver at Bidfood, you are more than just a driver! You are the company’s mobile calling card. That requires a sense of responsibility. Furthermore, you have or are;<\/p>\n
– a valid C driving license, Code 95, and driver’s card
– Dutch speaking, as not all customers speak good English, and you will be in frequent contact with them
– physically fit and stress-resistant<\/p>\n
What will you do
At Bidfood in Nieuwegein, your day starts early. Between 5:30 AM and 7:00 AM, you will be loading your truck. Is everything correct? Then hit the gas ;). As a truck driver at Bidfood, you will drive in the Nieuwegein and Utrecht area. This means you will often visit the same customers. Time for a coffee with your customer? Cozy! As a truck driver, you are not just the one who delivers the goods. You are an important link and the first point of contact for your customer. That is a great responsibility. The number of stops varies per route, but you will always be home before dinner! It is important that you are physically fit; you transport everything on roll containers loaded with soft drinks, beer, and food.<\/p>\n
