Our client specializes in the transformation and shaping of metal sheets and is looking for a Heavy Truck Driver\/Articulated Truck Driver (M\/F) to strengthen its team.For this Heavy Truck Driver position, your main tasks will be the following:
– Prepare and check the truck before departure (cleaning and safety check),
– Load the truck and ensure the conformity of the load (weight, load distribution, securing),
– Collect administrative documents before departure (delivery notes, routes, etc.),
– Deliver to clients at the agreed address (unloading only by the client if a forklift is used),
– Notify clients in case of delivery delays,
– Report any operational or vehicle compliance failures,
– Empty driver cards weekly and truck cards monthly. We are looking for a profile :
– with good knowledge of client delivery habits and mastery of their delivery sector and route optimization,<\/p>\n
The position also requires:
– adherence to the highway code, safety rules, and driving\/rest times,
– that you have FIMO\/FCO training and a heavy truck (PL) and\/or articulated truck (SPL) license for transporting +3.5t,
– that you hold a driver qualification card and also ensure compliance with wearing PPE,
– CACES 3 would be a plus for the position.<\/p>\n
