You will first take a 3-week masterclass in Hoorn, where older trucks have been purchased so you can practice driving and operating the trailer. After this, you will go on the road with a mentor driver for 5 weeks. During this period, you will be double-crewed and stay in hotels. In that period, a mentor driver will teach you all the 'ins and outs&#8217; of car transport, from securing the load to damage control. The work is during the day, you work approximately 55 to 60 hours a week and you are away from home from Monday to Friday. You are (almost) always home on weekends, perfect for a good private\/work balance!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;You will be frequently in&amp;nbsp;Germany and the Benelux. You have an average of 2 stops, which can be at a port or a factory. It is important that you work logically and in a structured manner. Physically, it is not heavy work, because you are not pulling roll containers and pallet trucks. You must be able to maneuver yourself out of a vehicle onto the trailer, and because the cars are getting wider but the trailer is not, there is not much space left.
