What will you be doing? – Driving, loading, and unloading the moving van. – Packing and unpacking, disassembling and assembling, and all other activities associated with a move. – Setting up the moving lift. – Organizing and coordinating (project) moves based on the work order and\/or – The project plan\/schedule and the situation encountered, determining which resources are used and ensuring they are used efficiently. – Monitoring the rules and instructions regarding SHEM (Safety, Health, Welfare, and Environment). – Holding a kick-off meeting before the start of the project move – Coordinating the loading and unloading of the inventory – Handling administrative tasks and activities related to the move\/project – Keeping records regarding temporary staff (hours accountability) – Keeping records of any additional work – Keeping records of materials and equipment used – Solving all problems that arise during the work – Leading colleagues and temporary staff – Independently performing limited additional and reduced work that arises during the work. – Maintaining proper contact with the customer so that they are and remain comfortable.
We ask: – Driver’s license B & C. – Leadership skills. – Organizational skills. – Ability to work independently. – Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written. – Communicative and socially skilled. – That you live in the Alkmaar area (maximum 30 minutes travel time). – Availability at short notice. – Absolute appreciation of working in a team.
