Mission Description

Contribute to customer satisfaction (adherence to delivery/collection schedules, care taken with packages, etc.) and to the Group’s positive image, in compliance with applicable regulations (QSE, highway code, etc.) and economic imperatives.
Activities
Route Preparation
Be responsible for the proper loading of their vehicle by:
– ensuring package-document consistency,
– ensuring the safety of goods,
– scanning them with the PDA,
– in compliance with current regulations.
Report anomalies to management (condition of packages, missing packages, etc.).
Organize their route.
Route Execution
Carry out deliveries and collections, performing all necessary checks (signatures, amounts to be collected, etc.) in strict compliance with Group procedures and scheduled times, using the handling equipment provided.
Report all route-related information in real-time (customer disputes, undelivered packages, etc.) through the use of the PDA and any commercial information.
Route Return
Report all anomalies and specificities of their route (summary of deliveries and collections) to their management.
Hand over route-related documents to their management.
Transfer route data to the operating tool (“empty” their PDA) and hand over all documentation concerning the route.
Ensure the handling of undelivered packages (inform the relevant department and/or return them).
QSE
Check the good condition of their vehicle and equipment, maintain them in a clean state; report any anomaly to their management.
Perform their activities in compliance with safety rules (driving times, highway code, etc.) and environmental rules (eco-driving, etc.).

Candidate Profile

Ability to specifically handle regulated goods (hazardous materials, health products, live animals, wines and spirits)
Ability to use the equipment provided
Knowledge of the sector’s geography
