Manpower BAYEUX is looking for its client, specialized in the processing and preservation of poultry meat, a HEAVY TRUCK DRIVER M/F in Cahagnes (14240) The missions:
In this position, you will be required to:
– Transport and catch poultry
– Hang poultry and move crates
– Carry out the slaughter
– Perform traditional crop removal
– Proceed with evisceration and trussing
– Cut and package poultry
– Label, receive, and serve customers
– Contribute to maintenance and ensure reporting
Working hours:
05:45 AM – 02:00 PM You have experience in heavy truck driving and master poultry processing procedures. Rigor, versatility, and reporting skills will enable you to succeed in this position.
