{"id":556386,"date":"2026-07-09T00:17:42","date_gmt":"2026-07-09T00:17:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/driver-work.com\/job\/chauffeur-poids-lourds\/"},"modified":"2026-07-09T00:17:42","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T00:17:42","slug":"job-556386","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/driver-work.com\/da\/job\/job-556386\/","title":{"rendered":"Heavy Truck Driver"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For one&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Heavy Truck Driver&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>For one of our clients, for a long-term temporary assignment with a fixed objective, we are looking for a:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Heavy Truck Driver&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Job Description&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>As a Heavy Truck Driver, you will ensure the safe and timely transport of goods on national and international routes, in compliance with road safety regulations and internal procedures.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Driving and Transport: Drive a heavy goods vehicle (HGV), load and unload goods, verify and ensure transport compliance.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Customer Relations: Represent the company during deliveries, professionally greet and interact with clients, collect necessary signatures and documents.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Administrative Management: Keep onboard documents, trip declarations, and incident reports up to date, and transmit necessary information to the planning department.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Candidate Profile&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Training and Licenses: Holder of a C license &#8211; Forklift license is an asset&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Experience: Significant experience in heavy truck driving internationally and nationally (minimum 5 years of experience desired with knowledge of the Swiss territory, Canton of Geneva and Canton of Vaud)&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Technical Skills: Knowledge of road safety regulations, cargo securing, and handling. Proficiency in geolocation tools and time clock terminals desired.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Personal Qualities: Rigor, punctuality, organizational skills, and autonomy.
