For the largest postal parcel company in the Netherlands, we are immediately looking for a truck driver in the Utrecht region who is available during the weekend for shuttling full loads to depots throughout the Netherlands. Our client is a leading organization focused on transporting letters and postal parcels. At the start of your employment, you will receive extensive training from a mentor driver, and you will also receive a clothing package so you look presentable. For working on Saturday, you will receive an extra allowance of 40%, working on Sunday is rewarded with a 100% allowance. Are you looking for a new challenge as a weekend driver? Then read on!<\/p>\n
What will you do?<\/p>\n
In the role of weekend driver, you will be responsible for shuttling full loads to depots throughout the Netherlands during the weekend. The shipments are mainly on roll containers. Furthermore, the work is characterized by having few stops per day, allowing you to cover an average of 400 kilometers per day. The work at our client continues 24\/7, and due to the wide variety of shifts, you can discuss your preference with planning whether you want to work one or two days during the weekend and what your working hours are (day or night). <\/p>\n
