The Salzburg Festival Fund is looking for reinforcement in the Stage Technology, Transport & Logistics team for the preparation and execution of the Salzburg Festival 2026: 1 Season 2026 – Truck Driver for Stage and Event Technology & Workshops (m\/f\/d) Your main tasks include:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
* Transport and storage of stage decorations – the main area of operation is the city of Salzburg and its surroundings;<\/p>\n
* Leading, independent, and safe loading activities of stage decorations;<\/p>\n
* Supporting our team with warehousing;<\/p>\n
* If required, support with the assembly and disassembly of stage sets.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
You bring with you:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
* Driving license class C + CE & Driver Qualification Certificate C95, as well as driving experience, including with articulated vehicles in urban areas;<\/p>\n
* Load securing: Sound knowledge and skills in the application of securing techniques;<\/p>\n
* Forklift license and driving experience;<\/p>\n
* If possible, sufficient local knowledge of Salzburg city and its surroundings;<\/p>\n
* Manual dexterity, completed vocational training in a craft is an advantage<\/p>\n
* Good German language skills, spoken and written (Level B2);<\/p>\n
* Reliable independent work with a high safety awareness, as well as teamwork skills;<\/p>\n
* Physical resilience;<\/p>\n
* Enjoyment and interest in cultural and event operations;<\/p>\n
* Willingness to work overtime, a 6-day work week, and irregular working hours, primarily in July and August.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

For this position, the basic salary in September is at least \u20ac 2,849.90 gross\/month. In July and August, the basic salary is \u20ac 4,718.20 gross\/month, plus overtime and an overnight allowance of \u20ac 48.20, provided the main residence is more than 120 km from Salzburg. During seasonal operations, the basic salary covers normal working hours, a 6-day\/40-hour week (daily working time 06:40 hours).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
