Our ADEQUAT interim agency is recruiting for one of its partners a Concrete Mixer Truck Driver ready to commit long-term.<\/p>\n
Behind the wheel of your mixer truck, you are responsible for delivering ready-mix concrete to various construction sites.<\/p>\n
* Ensure the transport and delivery of concrete while respecting deadlines.<\/p>\n
* Maneuver with precision on sometimes narrow or steep access roads (the Haut Var, it’s earned!).<\/p>\n
* Manage the cleaning and routine maintenance of the vehicle.<\/p>\n
* Represent the company’s image to clients on construction sites.<\/p>\n
Profile:<\/p>\n
For this position, qualifications matter, but your mindset matters twice as much.<\/p>\n
* The essentials: You possess a valid Category C driving license, up-to-date FIMO\/FCO, and your driver card.<\/p>\n
* Experience: Initial experience with a concrete mixer truck is a plus, but if you’re an ace behind the wheel with a strong desire to learn, we’ll take you too!<\/p>\n
* The “Super Profile”: You’re cheerful, punctual, respectful of equipment, and you know how to keep your calm in all circumstances. A good dose of resourcefulness is a serious asset.<\/p>\n
Compensation and benefits:<\/p>\n
– Fixed hourly rate + 10% end-of-mission bonus + 10% paid leave
– Collective and\/or individual bonuses + profit-sharing + CET 5%
– Weekly pay advance if needed,
