Shunter\/Local Driver:<\/p>\n
We are looking for 2 shunters\/local drivers during weeks 27-32. The job involves loading and unloading at various warehouses and terminals. It’s refrigerated & frozen goods, the day starts and ends in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s. <\/p>\n
The trucks are equipped with a fridge, microwave & coffee maker. <\/p>\n
Long-haul driver: <\/p>\n
We are looking for 2 long-haul drivers during weeks 25-33. The job is long-haul driving. The driving involves being away for weeks, usually Sunday to Friday or Monday to Friday, depending on where the week’s first load is going.<\/p>\n
Sweden is the playing field, we drive across the entire country.<\/p>\n
The days are varied; one day it might be Ume\u00e5, the next Stockholm, and the third Gothenburg.<\/p>\n
The trucks are equipped with a fridge, microwave & coffee maker. <\/p>\n
The starting point is V\u00e4ster\u00e5s; you cannot keep the rig at home. <\/p>\n
About you:<\/p>\n
As a driver, you are responsible, meticulous & feel professional pride. You take care of vehicles & customers, and you know how a lashing strap works. <\/p>\n
We prefer that applicants have previous experience with similar driving, and that you can handle a full-length and full-height rig.<\/p>\n
It involves everything from early mornings to late evenings & long days occasionally. Calculating travel times and planning your driving & loading is a basic prerequisite, therefore you should be structured. <\/p>\n
You are the company’s public face and nurture our customer relationships. We therefore place great value on personal suitability, and we see you as a service-minded and social person.<\/p>\n
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. <\/p>\n
We use references and conduct background checks (criminal record checks).<\/p>\n
