We are looking for an Articulated Truck Driver with Hooklift M\/F for one of our clients located in Bruz (35), an independent French company specializing for over 35 years in the collection, sorting, repair, and recycling of wooden pallets.
A major player in the circular economy, the group has approximately 700 employees spread across 30 sites in France and recycles more than 15 million pallets each year.
The company also has a large fleet of vehicles (rigid trucks, articulated trucks, trailers) to ensure its logistics activities on a national scale. <\/p>\n
The position:
Your missions
Reporting to the operations department, you will be responsible for:
Driving an articulated truck equipped with a hooklift system
Collecting and delivering pallets to customers
Loading \/ unloading skips and swap bodies
Strapping and securing pallets
Following local and\/or regional routes
Checking the load and conformity of the goods
Performing routine vehicle maintenance and reporting anomalies
Complying with transport regulations (CSR, safety, driving times)
Strapping pallets (a lot of handling to be expected)<\/p>\n
Position conditions
Routes: local \/ regional (no overnight stays)
Start of work: from 6:00 AM
Working hours: 8 hours\/day
Remuneration:
Hourly rate: \u20ac12.80
Experience as an articulated truck driver required
Experience with hooklifts appreciated (big plus)
Comfortable with strapping pallets
Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility
Good customer relations
