Founded in 2020, our team is now a permanent fixture in international GT sport.<\/p>\n<p>We compete with the Ford Mustang GT3 and enjoy factory support from Ford Performance in several high-profile series. We are also active in promoting young talent and carry out technical development projects and motorsport events of all kinds at our HRT RACE BASE at the N\u00fcrburgring.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To continue our success, we need you: Join our team and support us with your know-how and skills!<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong>What you bring to the table:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving license C1, C1E, C, CE<\/li>\n<li>In possession of the professional driver qualification (formerly key number 95 in the driving license)<\/li>\n<li>Language skills English and German (at least) A2<\/li>\n<li>First experience in motorsport as a truck driver and \/ or tire technician is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel within Europe and worldwide.<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork, good communication skills and a high standard of work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/><strong>Your tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transport of vehicles and material: Safe transport of racing vehicles, equipment and materials to and from racetracks and events.<\/li>\n<li>Loading and unloading: Responsible execution of loading and unloading operations, including ensuring proper load securing.<\/li>\n<li>Route planning: Efficient planning and execution of routes, taking into account schedules<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle maintenance: Regular inspection and maintenance of the truck to ensure operational readiness.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the cleanliness and appropriate appearance of the vehicle and work area<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork: Close cooperation with the motorsport team to provide additional support for transport and logistics tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Assistance with the assembly\/disassembly of team equipment in the pit or in the awning.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible tire technician for a specific racing vehicle at the racetrack<\/li>\n<li>Management of the tasks of the tire technician (e.g. cold and hot pressure, compliance with the planned assembly schedule, etc.) in close cooperation with the technical department at the track<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with the specified deadlines and the tire-relevant articles of the Sporting and Technical Regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/><strong>What we offer you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An exciting field of activity<\/li>\n<li>A good working atmosphere<\/li>\n<li>Performance-related pay<\/li>\n<li>Varied activities<\/li>\n<li>Discounts in surrounding fitness studios<\/li>\n<li>Company pension scheme and other benefits<br \/><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/><strong>Become part of the team and get started with us &#8211; at HRT at the N\u00fcrburgring and at our race events all over the world!
