Your Mission
Adecco, a global leader in human resources solutions, is recruiting for an industrial company its future Heavy Truck Driver – Dock Agent (m/f) on a permanent contract (CDI), based near La Roche-sur-Yon (85).
Your missions:
- Prepare shipments according to the shipping schedule.
- Load goods consistently with deliveries and ensure proper securing of merchandise.
- Perform deliveries in compliance with driving rules and the highway code.
- Ensure administrative documents related to transported goods are followed up and verify their consistency.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of vehicles (report any issues).
- Unload the vehicle in compliance with storage rules.
Deliveries in Vendée and neighboring departments (no overnight stays).
When you are not on delivery, you will:
- Unload delivery trucks.
- Control, receive, identify, and store incoming merchandise.
- Distribute manufacturing packaging (pallets, bins, etc.) within the workshop.
- Ensure the internal flow of goods, products, and waste.
- Ensure the organization, tidiness, and cleaning of indoor and outdoor storage areas.
Conditions & Benefits
- Permanent contract (CDI) – position to be filled quickly
- 36 hours per week – daytime hours, one week from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM and the other week from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Your Profile
You have recognized professional competence, acquired through training or significant experience in the field of transport and logistics.
You hold a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) license (Permis PL), with FCO. Ideally, you possess CACES R489 category 3.
You are comfortable with IT tools related to the activity.
Autonomous, rigorous, and organized, you know how to manage your priorities, respect procedures and deadlines, while enjoying teamwork and contributing to service quality.
